1. Before first use, rinse the Egg roll maker chamber. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid. 2. Plug the Egg Roll maker into an Electrical wall outlet. The red power light will turn on, Indicating that the appliance is on and operational. 3. Allow the Egg Roll Maker to heat until the green light turns on. 4. Hold the Egg roll maker horizontally and apply 2 short sprays of non-stick cooking oil/spray into the cooking chamber, then place the unit upright on a flat surface. 5. Crack 1 to 2 eggs directly into the cooking chamber. 6. Insert one wooden skewer into the center of the chamber to help egg keep its form and prevent it from falling over as it rises. 7. For full cooked eggs, cook for approximately 7-8 minutes at which time the egg should rise upward, otherwise you may pour out the eggs. For softer eggs, pour out eggs from the cooking chamber after cooking for about 5-6 minutes. 8. Best served hot
well-packaged... Really well-packaged, took me a couple of minutes to get the products out.

Easy to use, leaves no grease spatter from frying, no dirty pan to clean or clutter, uses very little space, I just wipe the lip of mine off with a paper towel and clean inside once a week. I've got the cooking down to almost five minutes for soft slightly runny egg-yolks, sometimes I make a breakfast burrito using lefse' wraps. Thank you
