Once your order has been shipped, we will be sending you a tracking number via email. Just click the tracking links provided in our email and you will see the real-time status and location of your order. If you have not received an email from us in 3-4 days, please message us so we can look into it personally.
Our partner couriers has varying delivery schedule. LBC/Checkmeout and Xpost delivers from Mondays to Saturdays, while Ninja Van and J&T Express delivers Mondays to Sundays. Please note that there are no deliveries during regular Holidays.
We support weekday only or weekend only deliveries. Once you have placed your order, please message us asap regarding this, as we can only arrange delivery schedule before your items are shipped out. We can only provide assistance for delivery request if you have submitted your request on the same date you have ordered. Since your orders are handled by a third-party courier, we do not have control over the delivery time once it is on transit status.
What should I do? There are several reasons why delays or delivery issues happen. This may include an incomplete address or unreachable mobile number. If we haven’t contacted you yet, please feel free to drop us a message to inquire of your order status.
Your transaction may be declined by your bank as some banks, by default, place a limitation on transactions made online. Just call and inform your bank that you will be making a transaction with us so that they will not block your transaction. After which, you should be able to proceed with the purchase.
We allow order changes as long as you are able to message us on the same date when your order was placed. If you wish to request changes on your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, we are sorry but we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.
We assume all orders and correct and final. However, in some unavoidable circumstances, the need for cancellation may arise. We only allow cancellations, if orders were not yet processed and prepared for shipment (Usually a few hours after you placed your order). If you wish to cancel, please message us immediately so we can assist you further.
We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please let us know and don't forget to attach a photo or video so we can address the issue clearly. We will investigate the issue and provide you with a replacement as necessary.
